Due to our rapid growth at present, we are currently taking applicants for :

PLANNING ANALYST
(Assignment: Head Office)

Plan, coordinate, schedule, and monitor all maintenance activities in ≥ 12 months horizon pertaining to Asset project (heavy equipment) in order to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget; providing analysis on asset / equipment actual performance especially on CER budget and all of its statistical measurement to support continuous improvement action in maintenance planning process.

Requirements:
• Min S1 Engineering with 7 year experiences, or D3 Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) with 10 year experiences, or STM Mechanical with 15 year experiences in heavy equipment Maintenance operation and Maintenance Planning.
• Experience / familiar in using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) Program.
• Strong knowledge and concept for setting up Preventive Maintenance.
• Preferably to have on-hand experience in: Work Planning and Scheduling, Maintenance Budgeting/Planning Cost, and Maintenance Data and Task Analysis (Oil Analysis, Condition Monitoring, RCM, Reliability).
• Excellent computer skill.
• Able to work in detail, time management; target oriented, good reporting system.
• Able to show and maintain good attitude, open, honest, proactive and respecting others.
• Willing to work in Jakarta with extensive travel to project/sites in remote areas.
• Internal candidate (existing employee) with lower education background may be considered if having some proven experience.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Maintenance (Maintenance Planning Superintendent, Maintenance Planning Coordinator and user / business line to provide long term maintenance planning (≥ 12 months) applied to all company asset, release on time as per schedule complete with parts / component schedule and its budgeted cost / spend. For multipurpose resources planning e.g. budgeting, parts & component planning, man power and tooling planning.
• Coordinate with Asset Finance team in providing long term maintenance budgeting and meeting Corporate Finance need on finance-related forecasted data/cost in regard with Maintenance operation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance System & Strategy section to identify and check the integrity of data, approach and current system capability to produce robust long term Maintenance plan.
• Check and investigate all variances from target and report to Planning Manager in order to maintain data accuracy and improving the robustness of the approach in building-up the Long term Maintenance plan.
• Analyze in general the historical event / cost and provide information to Asset Engineering team on likely event to adjust based on data / fact.
• Check and investigate all variances from target and report to Planning Manager in order to maintain data accuracy and improving the robustness of the approach in building-up the continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with: Central Planning Balikpapan (Maintenance Planning Superintendent; Maintenance Planning Coordinator; Site Planning Team (Senior Maintenance Planner/Supervisor & Maintenance Planner), and Maintenance System & Strategy section, to identify and check the integrity/accuracy of data to support any analysis report & conclusion.
• Coordinate with Performance Superintendent, Reporting coordinator and Central Planning Maintenance Planning Superintendent in producing FMEA (The failure modes and effects analysis).
• Support Engineering Team in New Project Preparation; provide data, costs estimation, tools and infrastructure needed time line etc.
• Regularly check and review PMR strategy and work with Asset Engineering As consequence of FMEA results enhance PM and PMR templates.
• Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
• Ensure work performed conforms to Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.
• Ensure the weekly maintenance plan is produced by site, activities are prioritized, managed effectively, and are executed to specification on time.

REPORTING COORDINATOR
(Assignment: Head Office)

Responsible for managing of all AMG report compilation along with executive summary, performance analysis and delivery on time; support in designing AMG report requirement and following up for development or modification with relevant parties.

Requirements:
• Min S1 Engineering with 6 year experiences or D3 Engineering (preferably Mechanical) with 8 year experiences or STM Mechanical with 10 year experiences in heavy equipment Maintenance operation, in Planning or Engineering.
• Experience / familiar in using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) Program.
• Strong knowledge & concept for set-up Preventive Maintenance, additional know-how in Predictive Maintenance is a plus.
• Preferably to have on-hand experience in : Maintenance Engineering, Work Planning and Scheduling, Maintenance Budgeting and or Planning Cost, Maintenance Data and Task Analysis (Oil Analysis, Condition Monitoring, RCM, Reliability)
• Excellent computer skill, medium and strong English capability (active).
• Able to work in detail, time management; target oriented, good reporting system.
• Able to show and maintain good attitude, open, honest, proactive and respecting others.
• Willing to work in any location e.g. any project/site location which in remote areas.
• Internal candidate (existing employee) with lower education background may be considered if having some proven experience.

Responsibilities:
• Support HSE programs and environmental management system to ensure the programs conform to quality standards, and statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Generating and compiling every report for Asset Management Group Performance and Operation
• Analysis of report and provide executive summary consist of recommended action and key area to be improved.
• Support superior in developing AMG report requirement and following up for development or any report modification with relevant parties (ICT/ERP Support and System Engineering).
• Support superior and –if needed, liaise Senior Maintenance Planner/Business Line in any data / plan / progress pertaining with maintenance planning performance target.
• Support any effort to achieve Asset Management Group (AMG) objectives through performing Maintenance Planning activities and referring to internal Petrosea policy.
• Support superior in UAT (User acceptance test) for AMG initiative reports that are being developed by ICT / ERP support and System Engineering, in order to accelerate the process in order to free up reporting team from manual reporting process hence the tasks can be done more effective and efficient.
• Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
• Ensure work performed conforms to Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.
