PT Tanjung Power Indonesia (TPI) is a subsidiary indirectly owned by PT Adaro Energy Tbk and wholly owned subsidiary of PT Adaro Power which owns 65% of TPI and PT EWP Indonesia, a subsidiary directly owned by Korea East-West Power Co Ltd, which owns 35% of TPI. PT Tanjung Power Indonesia will build and operate 2 x 100 MW high technology coal-fired Independent Power Producer (IPP) in Tabalong, South Kalimantan to create maximum value from Indonesia coal. 1. Mechanical Team Leader

Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for developing and proposing mechanical designs and schedule for the power plant's project's mechanical construction as well as to manage the design, construction and maintenance of various mechanical systems and components to ensure it is in accordance with specifications and proper industrial practice.
• Develop technical mechanical standards for the construction of special and power plant mechanical equipment and to provide daily and weekly progress reports to ensure the construction is done according to schedule.
• Develop and propose mechanical designs for the construction of power plant to coordinate the designs wi th the EPC contractors to ensure construction is done according to specification.
• Review and analyze issues on the designs of mechanical construction and to develop recommendations for follow up actions to ensure the issues are accurately and swiftly addressed.
• Coordinate and provide instructions to EPC contractor regarding the mechanical works which has been agreed and instructed by Mechanical Engineering Manager as well as to monitor contractor performance and progress to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design and schedule
• Review and recommend cost-effective equipment modification to be supplied by EPC contractors to help improve performance, reliability and safety.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress based on the construction schedule for special facilities and to report as well as to provide recommendations for any issues on the construction to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma Degree with many years of experience are welcome to apply)
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry)

2. Mechanical Inspector (Coal & Ash Handling; Rotating; Piping; Tank)

Job Responsibility:
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating subcontractor performance on the construction of the power plant project's mechanical works to ensure that all construction is done as according to specification, design, and schedule.
• Monitor subcontractor's performance on the power plant's mechanical works to ensure that construction is done as according to design.
• Identify mechanical design issues during the engineering and construction of the power plant and to recommended and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.

3. Electrical Inspector

Job Responsibility:
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating subcontractor performance on the construction of the power plant project's electrical facilities and other common electrical facilities to ensure that construction is done as according to specification, design, and schedule as well as to support the electrical engineering construction for auxiliary power.
• Monitor subcontractor's performance on the construction of the power plant's Electrical facilities to ensure that construction is done according to design and provide back up for voltage facilities management if needed.
• Identify instrumentation and electrical design issues du ring the construction of the power plant's Electrical facilities and to recommend and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
• Monitor and report subcontractor's construction progress for the power plant's Electrical facilities to ensure construction is done on the schedule and to recommend corrective actions for any instrumentation, control, and electrical engineering issues.
• Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve performance, reliability and safety.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of instructions regarding the construction of the power plant's Electrical facilities from Electrical team leader and C&I and E Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering from reputably University, min GPA 3.00
• Have 3-5 years' experience in electrical engineering project (project construction or plant maintenance) preferably in power plant projects.
• Good competencies on electrical engineering, project management, technology design, and systems analysis.

4. I&C Inspector

Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating subcontractor performance on the construction of the power plant project's instrumentation and control to ensure that construction is done as according to specification, design, and schedule.
• Monitor subcontractor's performance on the construction of the power plant's instrumentation and control to ensure that construction is done as according to design.
• Identify electrical design issues during the construction of the power plant's instrumentation and control and to recommend and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
• Monitor and report subcontractor 's construction progress for the power plant's instrumentation and control to ensure construction is done on schedule and to recommend corrective actions for any electrical engineering issues.

Job Requirements :

• Min. 3 years experience in both control and instrument engineering as well as electrical engineering (project construction or plant maintenance) preferably in power plant projects

5. HSE Manager

Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of HSE management systems and programs to ensure the power plant project is in accordance with HSE standards.
• To develop standards or systems for inspections and testing the quality of constructions as well as to ensure that all inspection and testing activities run as according to company standards and policies.
• To develop and plan HSE programs to improve employee and contractor awareness and competencies of HSE aspects.
• To develop and monitor HSE management systems and program implementations to ensure the systems and programs are implemented as according to the prevailing company standards and procedures
• To ensure the investigation and analysis during the occurrence of accidents and incidents are done in accordance with company standards and procedures and to develop the necessary follow up actions for accident/incident prevention.
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from all major (Engineering would be preferable)
• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience as HSE Section Head/ Assistant Manager (power plant experience would be preferable)

6. Safety Scaffolding Inspector
Available Position : 1Employment Status : Contract
Work Location : Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible to ensure all the scaffolding in Construction project the in accordance with the prevailing standards, procedures and laws.
• Monitor the design, certification of all scaffolding structure on site according to all relevant specifications and standards.
• Inspect all scaffolds erected with the boundaries of Project construction sites to ensure they are suitable for safe use, and comply with the relevant industrial standards, Company permit work procedures.
• Inspect and assess the condition of the scaffolding material and reject damaged, defective and substandard material.
• Ensure that the Contractor maintain a record of the condition of all scaffolding materials and assemblies to ensure that they are maintained correctly and dispose of the damaged or defective materials.
• Provide advice on the suitability of specialized scaffolds supplied by contracting companies to meet the health and safety requirements of Company, with regard to design and access in case of plant upset conditions.
• Provides technical advice on scaffolding works and participate in work requiring higher level skills.
• Ensure that materials for scaffolds are marked and kept in good condition and safely used.
• Has capability to calculate the counterweight for outboard of heavy duty suspended scaffolding.
• Ensure awareness of and compliance with HSE rules and regulations by the EPC contractor.
• Design and preplanning of the scaffold including the weight of limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie off-s, supports, etc.
• Overseeing the erection of the scaffold
• F inal inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use.
• At a minimum, daily inspection and documentation of the condition of the scaffold and its ability to be occupied safely.
• Inspections of scaffolds after changes / alterations have been made.
• Oversight and inspections of mobile scaffolds

7. Safety Officer

Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for the implementation of HSE programs to ensure all site operations are done safely and are in accordance with the prevailing standards, procedures and laws.
• Provide safety inductions / re-inductions and training to all site personnel and guests to provide and enhance HSE awareness on site.
• Prepare materials for and to conduct safety talks for all site personnel to ensure the implementation of HSE systems, standards and procedures in all site works
• To conduct emergency response system tests to ensure emergency response systems are effective and will enhance the safety site working conditions.
• Commissio n heavy equipment, including operational vehicles to ensure the safety of operational activities.
• Prepare hazard reports to highlight potential dangers in the work area to ensure the mitigation of accidents / incidents.
• Conduct investigations and to update data regarding incidents to provide recommendations for improvements for existing HSE systems and procedures.
• Conduct weekly safety walk around to identify potential hazards.

8. Contract Specialist

Job Responsibilities :
Prepare, examine, analyze, recommend, revise, oversee and administer with a strong legal inclination, large international EPC Contracts
• Provide advice to Contract Manager and Project Management Team concerning contractual issues affecting the outcome in terms of legal, and commercial aspects
• Provide advice and seek counsel from subject matter expert on contractual, commercial, taxation, insurance and legal issues
• Coordinate, support and control the entire process of contract administration role and ensure the Contract is in the best interest of Owner's position
• Prepare, drafting, review and revision contract terms a nd conditions
• Negotiate terms and conditions within corporate defined expectations, including with internal and external business partners
• Send and receive legal documents and Contracts
• Communicate with EPC Contractors, gather project information, and complete contractual correct and timely correspondence
• Track, monitor and administer the signed Contracts
• Prepare contract change notices, monitor Contractor performance, including the reporting and status of Contractor and Owner deliverables
• Prepare, review, respond to any incoming/outgoing formal correspondences to protect contractual position and best interest of the Owner
• Prepare necessary reports to lenders, PLN, internal organization, and others as required
• Pursue Board approvals to enter into transaction, according to Adaro's SOP
• Manage all Agreements and updating in servers, printing hard copies, registering agreements before released to the relevant part ies and kept by AGLS

• Listing all corporate licenses, tracking the expiry date, and upload document to SPIPISE
• Registering BOD, BOC, SHA resolutions
• Engage with external translators to translate corporate licenses, i.e. AOA, BKPM license, TDP, SKDP
• Track and maintain corporate legal documents and licenses
• Providing Corporate banking information for external parties, liaise with Finance Department
• Managing Debt Lenders domain (providing documents, uploading, giving access), maintain/update Licenses/corporate legal documents to the Shared Folder required for lenders/ legal counsel
• Monitor deadlines for lien filings
• Support preparation or respond to claims and their resolution
• Track through control logs all authorizations and contractual correspondences
• Maintain detailed and organized files
• Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications
• Ensure that EPC Contractor is in compliance with legal/Contract requirements, Owner specifications and government regulations

Job Requirements :
• International Law Degree (LLB)- (Peradi (Bar) not required)
• Strong Paralegal Administration skills preferred
• Preferabl y proven work experience with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in contract administration in Power plant/Oil & Gas Industry with significant legalize exposure
• Knowledge of legal and commercial requirements involved with contracts
• Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization, varying seniority levels including staff, managers and external partners
