FIELD Coordinator/Site Representative
URGENTLY REQUIRED
We are a coal trading company urgently seeking for a highly motivated and qualified professional to be positioned as FIELD Coordinator/Site Representative who is the man on the ground to coordinate regularly (daily/hourly) on the operation from pit/min to the loading & discharging port.
Job Description :
To maintain relationship/communication with mine/supplier/end buyer/jetty operator etc
To ensure the coal production slot and jetty slot a re allocate for the shipment and the jetty are occupied with our barges based on the schedule and no other occupy it until the process finishes
Coordinate and compile relevant documents
Oversee the physical movemen during barging and transshipment
Ensure the whole loading/discharging/transshipment processes are in line with the SOP and HSSE standard
Monitor the barge/transshipment on the laycan schedule, jetty points, weather
During no loading/discharging/transshipment activity do continuously seek/update other potential mines, especially in East Kalimantan area regularly visit local Distamben (local mine and energy ministry_
Build/maintain relationship/liase with shipping agents and all surveyors
Qualification
Male, Age min. 30 – 40 years old
Has minimum experience 3 years as coal trading/sourcing in Kalimantan/Sumatera
Must at least have a Bachelor Degree background (High school graduate with background experience in coal mining)
Good communication in English (is better)
Target achived, hardworking, strong analytical, and decision making skills
Able to work under pressure, and/or with tight deadline and urgency conditions
Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
Placement in Samarinda but candidates must ready to do travelling
